My evolution in music
Indian Classical Tablas – A pair of hand drums from the Indian subcontinent.
In 2008, introduced to tablas, lessons were provided by a teacher, with various styles and techniques given to learn and practice.

Flute - Is a member of a family of musical instruments in the woodwind group.
Around 2011-12, I was introduced to the Flute. Started in school, lessons were given and eventually put into small groups for practice. Continued and partially performed until 2019.

Guitar - is a stringed instrument that is typically played by plucking or strumming the strings.

In 2014, I picked up the guitar. Just like people out there, I took lessons and tutorials before learning songs and posting covers, which can be found here.
Piano - Is a keyboard instrument that produces sound when you press keys that strike strings with hammers.
In 2017, I took on piano. Taking online tutorials and learning songs. In 2020, provided lessons and practice by teachers.

Around 2017-18, I was introduced to music software. The first hands-on experience was with Mixcraft 8. In 2020, I began my first making and release, which can be found here.
Mixcraft Pro 7 - Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software that can be used to create 8-bit music for games and other projects.
Logic Pro X - Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) that lets you record, edit, and mix audio. It's used by professional and hobbyist musicians.
In 2019, I was introduced to professional music software. First in college, then through online tutorials. Music can be found here.

Bass guitar - Built in the style of an electric guitar but producing lower frequencies. (Image: Hofner Bass, Beatle Bass)

In 2021, during college, students were placed into bands. I was required to perform bass. Since 2025, I have performed this in my music. This can be seen in my second music video found here.
DJ controllers – Knobs, encoders, jog wheels, faders, illuminated buttons, touch strips, and other parts to assist DJs in mixing music with DJ software.
In August 2025, almost 10 years of dreaming, I am gifted with a DJ controller. Taking online tutorials and self-practice, after 3 months, I went on to perform my first show. Found here.

In early 2026, after 10 years of dreaming, I get to experience the Pioneer CDJ3000 firsthand – this takes place at Pirate Studio, Dalston. Taking further online tutorials and self-practice, footage can be found here.
Pioneer CDJs – a specialised digital music player for DJing. Two CDJs are plugged into a DJ mixer.
